At Wholesale Jewelry, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Custom-made, personalized, or pre-order items such as Diamond Fine Jewelry and Rough Diamonds are non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pre-order items (Rough Diamonds, Diamond Fine Jewelry)

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at jewelarywholesale@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the product arrived damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned to us.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred product.
